Our time here was pretty good! the room was spotless, and having a kitchenette was a nice touch. We ended up just chilling inside all day 😊.

The staff was supper friendly, pleasant, and everything was perfect. There were Wi-Fi and a large mirror in the room, loved that. The dining area served lots of meals for breakfast. It had a good and unbeatable location adjacent to a quiet nice area, the downtown core, restaurants and the like, and malls and grocery stores. Furthermore, on nearby eateries. Was a good base for trip.

Extremely clean and vert comfortable
Unfortunately because we booked on oline we did not have any indication that we had a second floor room. We had a large number of valuable paintings that had to be kept in the room overnight which meant a lot of extra work lugging them jup the stairs. If we had known that our room was on a second floor we would have stayed somewhere else even though the price was great and the accomodations were so nice.

It was close to my family, and you can park the car close to your door. It was quiet there also. I liked that there was a little fridge and microwave and of course, air conditioning.
I don't like that small pets aren't allowed. Even if we are super careful with them not to mess up in the room, there should be some exceptions. Also soap bars are sooo small.

It is obvious that the hotel has been updated. The young man at the desk at checkin was very polite and offered directions and anything he could help me with.
There was a coffee maker but no coffee
